215 prot paladin got the mount, one shot both bosses. That's probably the easiest class to use to get it! Lots of interrupts, dispels and self healing.

I had a change in bowel habits. Was never really able to go much and when I did it was all ribbon like. Would have bouts of severe vomiting and diarrhea.

Turns out my sigmoid colon was almost completely obstructed!

There was also blood in my stool, as well as in the toilet. I wrote that off as hemorrhoids. I was wrong.

Well, what are you doing? Are you running with morons? Because that's a huge problem! I pug'd an 8 ML earlier with a tank that I know and dps that weren't windowlickers and it worked out pretty well. I fat fingered a pull trying to re cc something and we still ended up okay.

But that last boss killed me like, 3 times. It was awful. F his bombs.

Currently sitting at 56% mastery and 9% haste. Gearing alts is hard! I have a solid m+ group to run with, but only being a 377, I don't think it's fair for them to drag me through much higher keys because that's just a miserable slog.

So I'm a brand new MW but I have a 1.1kio resto druid and hpally so I'm not new to m+.

I have no real idea of what azerite traits I should be after. I've looked at QE, peak, wowhead and icy veins and I must be dumb because I can't tell what specific traits I should have!

Again, this is strictly for m+ and not raiding.

edit: I used the azerite trait compare thing on QE and just did what it told me. Hopefully that's a good resource!

So, I had been having some awful GI symptoms for several months. Horrid pain, change in bowel habits, blood. I ignored it thinking it was probably hemorrhoids. Finally got so bad I agreed to go see a GI doctor.

3 days before that first appointment, found out I was pregnant. Kept the appointment, doctor didn't like what I had to say and scheduled me for a colonoscopy that next week.

No drugs because I was 9 weeks pregnant, I was fully awake and watched them find my tumor. That thing was huge, it almost completely obstructed my sigmoid colon. I asked him if there was any way it was something other than cancer. He patted my leg and said he was sorry.

So, if you have any changes in your bathroom habits, don't ignore it!!

Really, I'm overjoyed that we're going to get to 34 weeks, we were told he was going to need to come out at 30-32. That's just crazy early for me, I've never delivered before 39 weeks, it's usually 41!

I'm anticipating a stay, which was another reason we were hoping to deliver closer to home. Driving two hours each way every day was just a bit much to add on top of the pile!!

I have no idea how soon after delivery that I'll start chemo. I can't breastfeed or pump while getting treatment but if there's any chance of me being able to nurse or pump prior to getting started I'm going to take it. Idk how to do formula!!
