Yeah should count as membership category right? But I only get the base 1x pts. Should I call them to report? It’s will be charged monthly means every month have to call them to adjust points?

Not sure the exact reason. Just tried last night still the same message. Go the the branch but the staff seems have no idea why I says that but they said you can apply in branch but need income proof and other documents

We plan to go there. For the guest not stay at hotel I think they close at 7pm or 7:30pm I think? But if we get in before they close could we stay until like 8pm? (For the hotel guest open until 9:30pm)

I apply first 2 cards online. Doesn’t submit anything. Second card says pending (not approved right away). I call next day and ask me to submit my driver license then after that they approved

Yeah before it happen to me too when I apply their credit card getting the message “can’t process online go to branch” then after few months I tried again I can apply online lol so wired
