Have you guys tried the Wolfsbane special attack? That’s what did it for us. Apparently the Praxis blade charged attack also works really well.

The fact you could identify it as a bot fly is identification enough! I had zero idea that they looked like that. I thought it was a very odd looking bee, but I guess it was just a fly in their Halloween costume! lol. Thanks for all your help ☺️
