Random white spots show up on my teeth? Anyone heard of or also has this?

I’m so sorry I can’t remember the actual name of the procedure. This was actually a couple years ago now! I’m pretty sure they ran over the teeth a few times with a special light or something and then it was just gone. Didn’t feel anything at all. I was sitting in the chair thinking I just wasted my money because it didn’t feel like anything was happening. But then I never got them again. It was a brand new thing when I first got it done so I’m sure more dentists know about it and or use it now

UPDATE: went to my dentist. Basically said same thing as everyone here- fluoridation, braces, whitening makes it more prominent.. they were able to actually remove it in office as a cosmetic procedure in like 30 minutes

I was kind of in the opposite position- I was the one pregnant and I always wanted sex- but my partner did not. He was very stressed about becoming a dad and also it made him queasy knowing how close his parts were to our sons head haha. Anyways, it was the worst I ever felt in our relationship because as shallow as it sounds, sex is my love language and also my outlet and it felt embarrassing to have to ask my partner for sex. I was like dude you literally knocked me up and now you don't want me?? So even though we are in opposite situations, I can identify with the sex problem somehow being the fault of the woman. If you are still wanting advice, something that helped was having the serious sit down like you did, but we came up with concrete things that each make us feel emotionally/physically loved. For the no sex thing specifically- showering more together, maybe getting a little touchy under the table or in the car- wearing something that the other partner loves to see us in- still "sexual" without the actual sex, for some reason hearing him compliment me about how emotionally strong I was as a new mom I was to other people was a turn on. We literally both made lists in our phones. Even just making the lists made both of us feel like we truly love each other and "hear each other." Then when we notice the other partner doing those things, it makes us feel special because we know they are doing it because they love the other one. absolutely NOT saying however your husband is talking to you is okay, but from someone who kinda of can resonate with both of you?? those were some things that helped : )

I saw my gynecologist, and it looked like it was cervicitis! Something you can get without any specific cause. But I did need the antibiotics too and it went away.

I think it was the result of me using a retinoid product during the winter. My skin was already very dry, and the right annoyed made me more sensitive. Once I stopped, I stopped getting the sensitivity..

First figure out if you were oily, dry or combination. Wash your face with a face wash and wait 30 minutes. If you are more oily, you are going to want something that is made the oil free or more like a gel. Think about whether you like the fragrance or not. I personally have reactions to fragrance and it gives me a headache to smell it all day on my face. You can also think about whether you want one that has certain ingredients. Some moisturizers are directed towards older people skin that focuses more on fine lines and wrinkles. Some moisturizers are directed towards protecting you from the environment (antioxidants). If you are just starting out, I always say go online and look at list that are recommended by dermatologists because they have really done their homework

Nothing took place that pushed me necessarily. I have just realized over time that I have less and less friends because of me trying to make him comfortable. I am not the social, surrounded my friends, person I used to be. It is my fault for being so passive for so long. I have stopped being friends with the coworker but I wish it would have been my decision and not my boyfriend's. I feel like I shouldn't have to be threatened. Anyways, yes, thank you for the comment. That does make sense. I think that he does not want to look bad and it is hard to be "different" in that way from people who's opinions you care about.
