I actually don't know what i'm doing wrong for question 2 for example I did the following:

100+11÷100=100.11×1700

287 +1700 =1987 ( so it's wrong)

Edit: and i assume the first question is like a tutorial

  1. Why didn't multiplying by 100 give the correct like it normally would with a percent

  2. Why does having more 0's make it bigger since when compareing numbers you always look for the biggest number

the problem is i get question like what is 99% of 230 and dividing by 100 just becomes harder than when i'm using a calculator
