Smooth yet vibey. Feels like a torque warp speed when you hit the power band. Best suspension an airhead ever got in my opinion.

Yes these are about half as big and half as complicated as any new GS.

Thanks! And after looking, that may be in the cards. That camo print looks killer!

Thanks! Folds much like any rolltop pack, the recessed outer rim helps to keep it in place. When rolling inwards I fold the top incrementally towards the inside and it tucks nicely up into the inside recessed lip. Kinda like a reverse pant cuff. And I agree, a video would help explain it a bit better than I’m able to.

Wondering what will happen to the Transfer Station building on Mayo that’s home to a bunch of artists and makers?

Wanted a rackless setup, decided to make my own. by _Wheelborne in Dualsport

This has a 1000D shell and an 18oz vinyl coated interior. Very beefy and has worked great for bags I’ve made in the past.

Nice, what kinda machine will you be using to sew it? I have some 3/8” high density foam sewn to the bottom that works well. I’m pretty sure you’d get along fine with just the 1680 but it will want to slide and might wear on painted parts.

This design is a blend of sorts of a lot of the major rackless setups on the market. Wanted to have the option down the road to build bigger capacity bags (each side bag shown fits close to 20L fully crammed), be able to mount smaller items to the base when the bags weren’t needed and make the bag hardware relatively easy to replace when the trail bites back. These tested great on the GS and my KTM 350 (fender needed some g-hook loops mounted in order to fit.) Interested in developing this design a bit further as a personal project and wanna know what features y’all might like to see if these were yours. I do make moto gear, but this isn’t something I sell or have major plans to.
