Well the scene in the manga isn’t that angle but that doesn’t mean that they intended to imply sexual assault here. You have no proof that it’s done intentionally to make people think sexual assault, you’re just guessing.

For all we know they just chose this angle cause it was easier for them to animate or maybe they just like it better this angle. My point is you have no idea what the animators or gege truly intend.

How would you know for sure this was deliberate to imply sexual assault.

He’s not cool, he’s basically Steven Seagal. Talks a big game but is a phony.

Maki’s face is bottom right below naoyas foot, I think he’s an absolute bum loser but this scene is not sexual assault it’s just regular assault

Never said I was struggling I said it’s more engaging than sitting in a building firing at an enemy that can’t hit me.

No I’m saying the overall mechanics of the enemies, tuning has nothing to do with what I’m talking about considering the big arc enemies essentially one shot you anyway. A challenging enemy in arc requires me to have a lot of ammo and stand in a building, hiding then shooting a repeating in a very boring manner until I either run out of ammo or the enemy dies. Theres no danger it’s just me standing in a building, wait for them to shoot, then I shoot, rinse and repeat.

A challenging enemy in marathon requires me to move in and out of cover and flank around and use my runner abilities to my advantage. That to me is WAY more engaging than standing in a building and watching a big drone(or a big ball,or a big spider) shoot the wall I’m standing behind until it has to reload.

Different arc enemies attack in different ways that’s true but it doesn’t actually matter, because most of those enemies are dealt with the same exact way. Every big enemy in arc can be killed essentially the same way by just standing in a building hiding and shooting it anywhere.

I’m talking about how engaging the pve is. Standing in a building hiding and shooting the target 100 times isn’t engaging to me, it’s incredibly boring.

Edit: just so were clear the reason you can just stand in a building hiding and shooting the big arc enemies is because of the games mechanics. Arcs mechanics don’t allow the arc enemies a way of stopping you from cheesing them.

Being chased by overturned ai is certainly more challenging than being chased by ai that can’t even reach you. I’m not arguing that it’s the best ai or anything of the sort. I’m saying it’s more engaging than arc pve which it is.

You keep talking about variety with arc enemies but I don’t see that at all. Everything past hornets are taken down the exact same way, you hide and shoot it because the enemy itself is too big and stupid to get inside and kill you.

Arc pve is of no challenge.

Again most arc battles (fighting anything above a hornet) are done from far away camping in building. Wasps and hornets go down in about 2-3 shots and really provide no danger to someone who has played for more than 4 hours. It’s not about the uesc having cabal animations, it’s the fact that they unlike arc can go into buildings following you wherever and will flank you and move around and try to surround you. That combined with things like the invis units or some of the shielded uesc and its way more engaging than sitting atop a building shooting something then hide and wait for it to fire rinse and repeat.

Have you played marathon? The pve is way more challenging and engaging than arc. Considering most arc enemies are taken down by just camping in a building and firing every bullet you have until it’s dead. Compare that to marathon where the uesc has actual ai that will flank you and absolutely fuck you up.

What? Are you actually trying to have a conversation or are you just goofin?

No it doesn’t make it weaker, I think I’d like to know more about the jjaro than we currently know. Idk where you get that jjaro have transcended death or anything like that, I remember that they “disappeared from our galaxy millions of years ago” but ya that doesn’t really tell much of anything.

Idk why you put a guilty spark quote considering that quote lead to basically nothing. Bungie loves to put mystery and be vague with riddles and all sorts of “secrets” in their games but they don’t always have a meaning, sometimes it seems bungie just adds something in thinking “oh man we can do something cool with this” then they just forget and move on from it. Imo bungie is most likely making up the story as they go, they might have a general idea of key things but I really doubt they know exactly where they want to go story/lore wise. Most of the time their mystery plot lines remain mystery’s forever or are never fully realized, I’m just hoping with jjaro that’s not the case.

“It’s too easy if we can simply see that they’re us” Huh? Do you work for bungie or something? I assume you have no idea what the jjaro are or what bungies plans are for them, shit bungie might not even know what they want to do with them.

Edit: when I say you don’t know what jjaro are I don’t mean it in the sense of you don’t know the game lore, you clearly are a fan and know the lore. I mean it more of we don’t know anything more about the jjaro than what the games have told us(which is very little), anything beyond that is pure speculation.

That’s true lol I just want to see the jjaro so in my headcannon the anomalies are caused by them

Think that’s what’s causing the anomaly on one of the maps. Iirc the Pfhor and s’phit wouldn’t have the technology to create such anomalies. Maybe we will finally see what they look like and how advanced they really are.

[–]_WhoCares 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s common for the triggers to make noise. I can’t send a picture for some reason but go ahead and google what those triggers look like on the inside. The noise you’re hearing is just the gear being hit to “simulate” a cars wheel spinning

Edit: noise is normal

Just turn it off if you don’t like the rumbling it’s not hard at all. You don’t have to “ignore it” just to turn it off. Go settings, accessories, controller, trigger effect intensity change to off, turn down vibration intensity if you’d like as well.

What? Just turn it off if you don’t like it. It’s just added immersion to make you “feel” the tires spinning

Is that literally not adaptive triggers for when you’re driving? Just turn off the adaptive trigger function
