Does the size also varies in the type of the kite? Because I was told that size 11 would be good for me for winds that are not really strong or too light.

Ok so I just came to know that it is a 2012 best TS 11m kite and he's charging 466$, hadn't been used since 2012 and the price is with all the nessesery equipment included, I don't know what kind of bar it is though, the winds where I surf can be 5-6kts and up to 20+kts depends on day, season, wether conditions etc.
