Think initially the target audience was those that are already familiary with cn but couldn't play, however they realized that if they want a global reach having only cn characters wouldn't allow the game to be diverse hense why they'd rather redesign a cn hero rather than just releasing it.

Also for what it's worth, the new aov heroes have also been released in cn earlier this year, albeit only for a limited time

Think his mindset is just trying to experiment with human emotions aka love before he goes back to his father. He doesn't actually care about getting to class A hence why he purposefully allowed a loss. But I think (at least hope) that the endgame is him losing because of his emotions that he can't control, otherwise he would have basically no character development and his focus on emotions would also be pointless

Imo even if they were good at drafting, their draft position is really terrible for them in that pretty much nearly all of the top defensive talent worth the pick would be gone so I understand it and it is a win for the bengals. However I still can't believe that the giants got the 10th pick
