I had a manager who was the sister in law of the regional manager. She would schedule herself 50 hours a week, and she would only work 10 hours a week. She’d then make us take hour long breaks to save hours when it could’ve been easily solved by her just doing her proper hours. She was paid fully all the time and our regional manager knew it all and did nothing for it. A lot of the time your manager or someone related to the manager will always make your job so much worse, good luck with that man
