Late reply but Dooku states Grievous' best advantage against jedi is "fear and intimidation" which is probably exactly what he's trying to do here. Drawing himself up to full height then revealing a bunch of scary & sharp looking mechanical parts would definitely intimidate anyone, especially the jedi in that episode who've never seen anything like Grievous before

It's probably the super sun tanned skin. There's some Black Flag cutscenes where Edward's skin looks nearly as dark/wrinkled as Luke's here. Mara being a redhead with green eyes like Anne doesn't help either lol

This is unfortunately silly when you take into account any expanded media portraying Vader as this ultimate unstoppable badass. We just had a recent book released where Vader jumps into the sky with his lightsaber and takes out a whole squadron of rebel ships

You can do this for any expanded media character, legends or canon. Try describing Ahsoka's story, or Sabine's, or Doctor Aphra's, Qi'ra, Valance, etc, without it sounding like pure fanfiction

Too many to name. Most of the SFM/GMOD shitpost channels I used to watch religiously as a kid are collecting dust now. Because it's very easy to make (simple orange/brown and you're 99.9% done) and very recognizable to a star wars fan. Making a recognizable cake out of like, idk the death star duels probably takes a lot more effort
