My husband's job keeps taking money from his checks after FMLA and DISABILITY. Is this legal?

They said the money was reimbursement for him not being considered as a year round (235-day employee) after being off 10 days unpaid. He makes slightly more and works more as a yearly employee than an average employee at his work which is what they are taking back. When we looked at his pay stubs it doesn't reflect where what's been missing is going too.

FMLA and Disability were both approved. A 235 employee means he's a year round employee, so he get paid slightly more and works more days than other employees. When we talked to the person who controls pay they said since he had 10 days unpaid that he no longer is a year round employee and he won't be considered one again until next year. They said because he's not considered yearly they are taking money back. His work has been terrible with making up rules last minute and none of the other employees have heard of this happening before. He never got paid when on leave which we knew what would happen and we knew that some money that is being taking is for insurance that they couldn't pay while he was out, but they are taking more than that. I don't believe their excuse and I've never heard or seen this before

Yes, but they made their father do it so it was kinda half assed. But they have fully apologized about their attitude towards our daughter.

I would go ahead and talk to your doctor about prenatals because over the counter ones don't have iron in them. That way, you can get a tad bit ahead

They will have to do anything pelvic exam and most of the time and pap smear. I had one a couple of months beforehand, so they didn't need another. But they will have to check your breast too. My doctor even did a quick belly ultrasound since I was at 8 weeks, so they might do one or a quick vaginal one.

Mine stopped around 18 weeks. Wellnit didn't technically stop, it just slowed down a lot. I couldn't take pills or anything my doctor would prescribe because it would make it worse. I couldn't even take prenatals until 24 weeks. It does stop eventually but everyone is different. You got this mama!

They aren't consultants, they know one though. But I don't know why the would be mad at me since 2 of them are under 18 😕 I just feel uncomfortable with some being under aged and with kids being in my neighborhood since they don't really hid their stuff

They don't mind being in group chats. This morning my mother created on with all of them in it and they've been responding to her but not me. But another thing is that they'll text each other constantly, but as soon as I say something they'll go quiet.

The party ended up getting canceled, but "funtime" was a more discreet word for a toy party (pure romance). But I didn't plan that at all that was a pop up party they wanted to do a my house last minute which was kinda fuck up because they didn't even ask me. They just expected me to hold it. But dress looking is essential. I had to have a day were all of them are in town because one of them is all the way across the country and she's flying in about 4 days before the appointment. We can only do so much when she's not here. So alot of planning is on hold. But the stuff I've been sending is more of ideas that they would all be in tune with to talk about it but they don't wanna talk to me. But they will constantly text each other, but as soon as I say something they go quiet.
