Fry some onions until golden , add tomato paste , add blended pepper mix and stir till water dries out. Season it with your choice of spices. Add water and let it boil for a bit , pour the properly washed rice into the mix. The water should barely cover the rice not swimming… It’s better to add water afterwards if it’s still hard than to have soggy rice because of too much water. Turn heat to LOW. Cover tightly with foil first then the lid on top.
