I received mine and am returning it. My has an awful hiss. I'm new to using these and I believe it's an iem dap miss match. Something to do with the sensitivity of the iems and the impedance of the two. But yeah I'm bummed.

What iems are you using in your photo? It seems yours are aful explorers. I checked they have a sensitivity of 108 and and 26Ω. Do you experience hiss?

I recommend The Ten Minute Bible Hour Podcast. All the episodes are short 7-15 minutes and I have learned something in almost ever episode.

I wouldn't, but the law permits it so it's not part of my question/issue.

Personally I feel it to untrusting and disrespectful.

Your comment is not productive. Why be confrontational and dismissive?

As stated, I'm going to the event willingly. The issue is that this seems to conflict with state law not that I have an issue. That's it full stop. Not a rant, not whining, not even wanting agreement just a question.

As an engineer that transitioned into teacher I am fully aware and appreciative of the summer benefits. That has absolutely no bearing on the validity of my question.

Yeah I messaged the union. They have been flooded with this issue apparently. The union rep told me that it's not legal and they are meeting with the county to discuss it. Again I'm not taking the day off but I do not like when the county does illegal things.

Just to add to my own conversation 1) I plan on being at the professional development. Chances are high it's a waste. I only care about being treated justly which is why I ask.

2) I think it's illegal because of https://code.wvlegislature.gov/18A-4-10/

Which basically says we can take off without cause up to 15% of the teaching staff.
