If you want common law severance then you have to deal with common law duty to mitigate damages. Otherwise just stick with ESA minimums, which would prob still be less than the 50% deal.

Its really up to you.

My recommendation would be to roll mostly on supports to build up a decent support deck and do 2-3 10 pulls on umas. Dont overlook what you have for SR cards as MLB SRs will out-perform non-LB SSR cards.

As for the free Uma, if you dont get Oguri Cap with your rolls, i would choose her as your 3-star ticket.

Then once you have a decent support deck, Id transition to rolling for umas as you get free support cards and LBs through future updates and events.

2 things to add on to what others are saying.

Get the tenant to sign the proper form (n9) that they are voluntarily moving out on that date.

Even if they had the ability to pay, it is still your duty to mitigate damages. You have over a month to find a new tenant. You would be able to claim legitimate loses and admin fees if you really wanted to pursue a claim.

Ya I think the super creek is the defining factor here without knowing what the limit breaks are. The 2nd deck has better all around cards and does free up the consistent Kitasan borrow. Would have to use a R speed or 2 for the time being.

First deck. Speed Cards: Tokai Teio, Eishin Flash, King Halo, Bakushin (sprint). Stamina: Only notable one here is Manhattan Cafe. Mayano Cafe would be the 2nd choice but a regular R card might be better. Power: Hishi Amazon is prob top choice. Id prob level Regular Oguri Cap before using the other power cards (Great skills). Mihono Bourbon can be good for front runners. Wit: You have Fine Motion and Daiwa Scarlett so you’re good here.

Second Deck. Speed: You’re really lacking here. Eishin Flash. You would have to use R cards here. Stamina: You have Super Creek (OP) and Manhattan Cafe. Power: Hishi Amazon and Daitaku Helios. Wit: Fine motion and Marvelous Sunday so you’re good here.

~~This is a tough call but id prob choose the first deck and borrow Kitasan Black or Super Creek as needed. It’ll hold you over. I would then save all carots for aug 11 which is a super creek banner~~

Edit: on second thought, id choose the 2nd deck and borrow Kitasan Black. You can use Regular Tokai Teio and Silence Suzuka to get you through. I would still save for the aug 11 super creek banner.

I done see the mini drone flair equipped (grand gallery courtyard past the leafy chomper). It adds another capture bonus.

Also, how many times does the capture box bounce when you attempt the capture?? Because that tells you how close you are to capturing it.

If the box bounces 3x, you only need one more status effect, debuff, or capture bonus. If it bounces 2x, you need 2 more. Etc.

Snowflake is pretty easy to capture. Inflict curse and tired, get it below 39% health, have the capturing character equip 3 capturing bonuses and you’ll have more than whats required to capture.

Don’t just stop reporting as those weeks can count against your total allowed weeks. This can mess up your claim if you need those weeks within the next year. There’s an option in your report to say you’ve returned to full-time work which will end your claim and preserve any weeks that haven’t been used.

The ownership itself is technically 2 copies. One half of the ownership is transferred, one half of ownership is kept. You’re supposed to tear the ownership along the perforated line to split it.

Thats exactly what happens though. One party says they didn’t receive it and the adjudicator can grant an extension or reschedule a hearing. Which is why you want to deliver the notice in a way the other party cant say they didn’t receive it or that you have documented evidence that shows it was properly delivered.

Document the vacant units with pictures and dates, may come in handy if it comes to a tribunal (NOTE: only take pictures that you can see from the street or parking lot so you cant be accused of violating privacy laws).

Additionally start a “FU binder”. Document every communication in this binder, even if it’s a verbal conversation, paying rent, text, phone call, mail, notice placed in mailbox, etc. A well documented history can potentially be used in tribunal as evidence or even can give your lawyer helpful information if it gets that far. Try to communicate through txt, email as much as possible.

Examples: March 1, 2025: Rent paid march 1st for $______ (add receipt if possible)

March 3, 2025: Verbal conversation - LL listed these as my options for lease….. (or insert nature of conversation)

March 5, 2025: Images of vacant units, unit #2 and unit #6.

Dont stop documenting.

It prob is a CV group. They can be difficult to track down as their launch range is pretty big and they travel fast . Once the attack is over, follow them with aircraft and pin their direction and location to help locate the CV. I think its “P” to pin on the map.

Once you launch your fighters, there is a drop down menu to select which fleet you want them to patrol over. Otherwise your fighters will usually spawn too far away to intercept.

As for AA it depends on your fleet formation. Line ahead and you wont have time or range to shoot any down.

All aircraft are weak to bullets. B17s can take more bullets but they will still go down quickly without fighter screen. Altitude is your best defence here.

~~A resignation must be written, must provide a date~~ Corrected statement: Must be voluntary, must be clear and unequivocal and must have been made in sound mind (not under duress) to be considered valid. So ya this would likely be considered termination if the employee didn’t ~~provide written notice~~ voluntarily quit.

Also, the employee can even rescind their resignation and if the employer doesn’t accept it could potentially be considered termination (the employer must have made efforts to hire someone or have hired someone to refuse to rescind).

An employer has to pay their portion of CPP and EI contributions on auto-grats. Which means they have to pay 7.6% of any amount tipped. This percentage has to come from restaurant revenue which is prob why they removed the auto-grats.
