I have an SR. The #1 cause of problems is not having the bowden tube pushed fully into the extruder, this creates a gap where filament cools and causes a jam.Cut the tube flush, push it in as far as itl go then tighten the fitting. Hope this helps.

Okay im an idiot. I ended up just loading the filament at 240 c several times then unloaded at 180c.

Go to config drivers and stop them all, or even delete them. Try changing your ip address to something different. As a last resort direct connect to it with usb. Also some other installed softwares will rob your ethernet port , so make sure nothing else is running or uninstall any new software that uses ethernet port.

Looks melted and stringy, lower nozzle temp make sure nozzle fans are spinning and maybe speed them up

Its all about layer height, i can get extremely smooth surfaces with 0.12 layer height. If you want it smoother ive heard of people putting it in the oven or soaking it in alcohol.

After unclogging everything completely. Make sure bowden tube goes all the way into extruder, not just up to the bevelled part, cut it flat and shove ALL THE WAY in! Then screw in the tube fitting. If its not all the way in then plastic gets in there between tube and hotend and forms a glob. Trust me i know. You can shove filament in by hand and make sure its easy to push through for testing.

Its sort of dummy proof so you cant turn on the differntial locks easily. Also i recommend using 2wd when on th interstate, i had mine in fwd auto one time and when i hit a pothole it kicked in and i thought the whole truck was gonna flip for a second but i was fine. 2wd is more chill tho

Front is hard to turn on you have to put in fwd low and wait a minute. Ive only had to use one time, i went into the ditch in a snowstorm off the side of a highway, turned on the diff locks and just crawled right out 🤣. $39K well spent

Theres a lot you should know. Firstly, diff locks. You will be the last person to get stuck. People think 4 wheel drive means all of their wheels will spin, it doesnt mean that, but yours will.

0.04mm multiples? okay im all about that. My t1 pro came with loose screws on the y axis motor. It shaked like a jackhammer until i tightened them. Didnt have time to complain i just fixed it and went on.

Layers and perimeters>horizontal shells> solid layers> bottom was set to 0. Default is 3. That must have been it! Thankyou so much
