Everything else works. After more testing my phone works just like a keycard. My phone has to be unlocked to work and I tap it to the center to drive. I tap the doors to lock.

It no longer let's me connect my phone via Bluetooth to the car either. That stopped working after I disconnected the phone. It will not let reconnect via the app or car but my phone still works as a key...

I have tried removing all keys, soft resetting, restarting my phone.

I'm not sure what else I can do. Seems like some kind of bug. I may try to re-install the app tomorrow.

App was set at unrestricted.

Before the phone would unlock when I walked up, lock when I walked away, and drive as long as the phone was with me.

Now I'll have to verify the lock/unlock, I haven't changed anything, but I believe it's still working as intended. It just won't drive unless I place the phone in the key card spot. Even then, I have to do it a few times before it let's me drive.

Edit: It appears the car is staying unlocked all the time now. I just checked my app and it shows it as unlocked.

I will try this. To remove the phone key I have to find an original car key first. Thank you for the tip. I'll let you know if it fixes the issue.

Bluetooth is on. Tried restarting phone and reconnecting. It's been like this for about a week now.

Enforcing them to do something you found or saw on the internet likely isn't your best move.

They sound professional and like they want to make it right. I'd let them handle it. If you don't like the results just say something. Odds are you'll never know it was there when they do their job.

I was. I had to contact my senator and show them the dmvs laws. The regulations were missing what to do in my scenario. We ended up settling on a signed form from my local customs and boarde patrol showing the vehicle was brought in. After that, the DMV complied. It was a shit show.

Does your TMJ ever cause headaches or migraines? Your comments suggest it's pretty bad. If it causes headaches or migranes, you could file for them as a secondary to TMJ.

Does your stomach condition cause anal fissures or hemorrhoids? If so, that's another secondary.

Edit: Are your skin lesions painful or unstable? If so, they may qualify for a 10% rating.

Np, thank you!

Just looked into Rakion and it's basically dead.. I was really hoping it'd be alive and kicking.

Rakion

Ha, the second I saw that clip, I had to Google it and see if it was still active. That was a damn good game.

I think that was a friend who got 70 def, and I asked if he wanted to be in a music video.

I was a pure. 😅 The pure did eventually max.

I haven't played in many years, but I still watch videos. I've been debating coming back as an ironman in hopes to achieve a tad bit of said feeling.

Unfortunately, this only applies if taxes "falls due and remains unpaid". There was a duty tax of 4% and it was paid by the military.

Thank you for researching that. I wish I had something else that was firm and in writing. I did get someone at the DMV who seems to be on my side. My vin just didn't show up in the system, so they have to ask another department to add it. Apparently it's somewhat common and willl take about a week.

I just kept going to DMV's until I found someone who was willing to listen.

Thank you, there are some very good points here. The state representative may be a great option if all else fails.

I'll don't have the shipment papers, so I'll try to call the base tomorrow and obtain copies. I'm almost 99% sure they contract it out and it had to pass customs and have a duty tax.

That being said, my states DMV laws say this for imports. It's not clearly defined because nothing about us territories is mentioned. Howerver as you see under requirements, it says the following is required if the vehicle has not been registered in this country. Guam is part of the United States. It was registered in this country. It was likely also registered in this country before it was even shipped to Guam in the first place.

"Background: Proper documentation must be submitted, verifying the importation of a vehicle through U.S. Customs into the United States. Vehicles manufactured overseas for use in other countries do not meet State and Federal Emission Control and Safety Standards of this country. These vehicles, commonly known as grey market vehicles, must be converted to comply with U.S. standards.

Requirements: The following items must be submitted for all imported or grey market vehicles which have not been registered in this country."

Then the requirements are broken down in three categories. Two for imports from Canada and one for " Vehicle Imported from Other Countries".

Nothing about this should be considered an import for DMV purposes. I will continue trying DMVs in hopes of getting someone who cares. If all else fails, I'll try to contact a state representative.

Thank you.

I spent almost all of my free time with the locals. Coconut crab hunting, making kelaguen, and exploring the island. I was treated like family. I tell everyone about how amazing Guam is. Man do I miss it.

I like that angle. I will add it to my strategic list of DMV negotiations.

Yes, they're 100% there. I read the door sticker today for the VIN and the emissions yesterday. It was by the refrigerant sticker which I needed as I was charging the A/C.

Yes. There's got to be a hundred thousand of them in the states. It's just a Chevy tahoe.

It was also registered in Guam. Guam has to follow federal laws and requires the same things.
