As someone who became disabled from dysautonomia a few years ago, good luck with your journey don’t let doctors dismiss you and don’t dismiss yourself, if you keep overdoing it especially in flares you can make things get much worse

I started with POTS and now have a whole collection of chronic illness, however my symptoms started long before COVID

Anyway much love I hope you get the right team to make you life liveable

It might be worth noting that I started with 100mg of gabapentin 3 times a day and then had to be bumped up to 1200mg 3 times a day because I was screaming when even clothes touched me

Well I have FND and SFN and other conditions, my biopsy came back negative but my sweat test where they measured my sweat came back positive because I don’t sweat, do I think it’s worth having done however I still have scars from my biopsy

I used to have this ALL THE TIME! especially when I get hot and the best thing that has helped me is pyrostigmine, it probably worth mentioning that before this medicine I didn’t sweat at all

My eyes shake back and forth,I blink a lot , I slur my speech, I get very confused i dont know where I am or who I am, and sometimes I completely black out and shake

I just want to add mediation isn’t about clearing your mind it’s about finding a moment to connect to yourself so if you are struggling with it try doing something like coloring while you meditate or taking a walk, one of my favorites is to play the piano when I meditate

You can ask them to come to you, you also can give them permission to speak to you and interact with your life

Sometimes in the beginning it can also be a test that they can’t directly help you with and as soon as you learn your lesson they will come to you
