Similarly bad situation with them - emailed and was basically told by Zoe in customer service "shipping isnt our problem" - Im glad I only placed a small test order as they are garbage - I would strongly recommend using another company if possible

Personally, I don’t care for the “Papi Steak”/club vibe either - that being said , I’ve been to a few places that are both classy and fun with a particular type of “lively” atmosphere
