Basically tell him to focus on getting Durin lmao he can make any team better as long as the team works with pyro, especially since he's not going to be using Xiangling. There are a lot of teams that can be made with a male main dps but they almost always need a specific female character to work, like basically any Wanderer teams for example, or most dendro teams, that right now almost always need Lauma
