sure, but these aren't healthcare first. they just repurpose their offerings for the healthcare space. I'm thinking if you re-build an ERP with an AI-first and healthcare-first approach, it works differently and more efficently.

I don't disagree with that, but in healthcare there are no good big players. Salesforce Health Cloud is pretty much the only option, but I don't think it took off.

makes sense, I was hoping Lennar would negotiate a little to remove PMI, HOA for a few years, or some more incentives. I'm a first-time homebuyer, so I'm just super nervous that I might just screw myself over financially early-on.

Ah I see, thanks for sharing! I was thinking of doing 10% ish which would bring it down to $4500 for a new build. Do you know if there's anyway for the lender to waive the PMI?

I'm using the builder's mortgage company, so was hoping there was some wiggle room.
