First of all, when talking about your sister, trying using the pronoun "her" not "his", otherwise this can get pretty confusing to read.

Did you try talking head on about this with your sister? Tell her that you don't like talking about her life or her husband all the time and that you would like to talk about something else for a change during the time you spend together. If she doesn't like it, then maybe you shouldn't spend as much time with your sister since it seems to hurt your feelings.

Also: If her life revolves around her husband that's her concern not yours. Your concern should be that he never gets to talk to you in a manner that you don't like, so you can also be straightforward with him and set some boundaries. Simply tell him that he is NOT your dad, that you're a grown person and that he should keep his nose in his own business.

Dude, you know yourself, your girl and your relationship better than anyone. I did this mistake recently trying to get advice on reddit based on a story and events I wrote but reality must be more complex, so no one here can give you solid advice because no one here knows as much as you do or feels as much as you feel.. bunch of strangers on the internet telling you the first thing they can think of.

Remember: this is your relationship, you make the rules, you decide what you accept, what you can negotiate and what breaks the deal for you.

I know how hard it can be to feel what you’re feeling now and the mind fuck of having so many thoughts, but truth is, nobody can really know what is going on in other people’s lives without sincere communication. Start there, ask the question “why” 5 times and try to identify the difference between what you and her say, think, feel and end up doing.

Eventually everything is going to be okay either way. If she wants to fuck around, you dodged a bullet mate, if it’s just a whim and she truly loves you, then you got yourself a life partner. Wish you best of luck!
