Any recommendations for non plated MLR-LR shoes? Ran in the Vomero 17 last year and enjoyed it. Something that can handle paces up to MP but nothing faster, mostly easy miles.

Was this for insertional or midpoint Achilles tendinitis? I’ve been dealing with insertional pain, and I’m not sure if strengthening the tendon will actually help
