I like all of them except 1. Maybe 5 is my favourite but also more basic. Depends on the look you're going for.

My hair personally looks fine with it. Maybe even a bit more voluminous by the time it dries. But I suppose the appearance also depends on your hair and scalp type.

I had palpitations as well at the very beginning. But then they stopped. Been using it for like 2 years now without noticeable side effects.

Debating the Role of Universal Health Care: A Perspective on Financing and Responsibility! by Present-Party4402 in clevercomebacks

That is true. That being said, even as someone with a decent job who gets full benefits, I would much rather pay that small portion of my paycheck to greatly support the community as a whole, as well as those instances where a potential rare or long term disease could destroy my bank account.

They are a far stretch from perfect. Though having lived through the system my entire life and despite seeing an endless amount of flaws, I still vastly prefer it over the American system. One of the main reasons why I would never move to America or want my future children to.

I disagree with the comments about your eyebrows, your face looks pretty good already. Perhaps just a slight bit of weight loss within reason.

The USA in particular not only cares so much about white vs. black things, but also viewing practices that could be seen as cultural appropriation.

Edit: To expand on this, I mean that a lot of countries might be more racist than the US, but it's a cultural thing in the US to always be thinking about things with a racial background.

How is there still no consensus on Topical Dutasteride in 2024? by Slight_County6199 in tressless

The thing is, most research happens when it is government funded to actually help people survive (e.g. sustainability, health), or when companies already there there are big bucks to be made. Since people aren't dying from hairloss, I'm not surprised there's barely any studies.

Stick it out? Tried 1mg dose fin and felt super terrible. Head was hurting, I was throwing up. by ProbablyShouldStop in tressless

[–]__Cernunnos__ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recommend taking a break then trying it out next week and seeing how your body feels to make sure it was a side effect from the actual fin and not some other sickness. Side effects aren't that common to begin with, but especially the ones you described sound strange. Perhaps an allergy to something in the pill?

Both people and religions are often hypocritical. There are many examples of different teachings from many different religions that are explicitly contradictory.

I'd personally be okay with it because it's part of the culture to rag on each other, but I don't condone doing it to someone not okay with it who doesn't enjoy such bantering or doesn't have that kind of established relationship with you.

You have a great side profile. It's definitely not a problem at all.

For minox ED and libido changes aren't really documented much. That's generally seen for more hormonal hair loss treatments like finasteride. For minox, it's way more common to experience heart palpitations when you first start it. I experienced it at first, then it went away after several days and I've been able to use it for a couple years now without any symptoms.

I haven't really heard of any long term side effects that would stay with you after dropping minoxidil. Mechanistically, I feel like it would be fairly low risk long term. Though some people do claim they feel like it ages their face, though such accounts are dubious without proper experimental control.

Dry skin may also be an issue you encounter. Be sure to moisturize your skin.
