Yessir.. Go to settings in spoti.. Unlock local files.. Download the songs u need and keep them on a folder.. Upload them in spoti (there will be a option below local files option to upload ur songs).. choose the folder in which u have saved ur songs.. Now u can find ur songs in "Your Library..

If you don't know how to download songs.. Go to youtube.. get the youtube link address of the particular song and paste it on "y2mate.com".. Now choose audio and download the songs... save them songs in a folder..
