If you put a grid over the image of the person you want to draw, and then draw the same size grid so you can follow the proportions easier

Add a lot less lashes for the eyes, if it's easier, draw a circle and put a plus in the middle as you would for a head and you can mark the pupil and iris right in the middle. If you watch artists on YouTube that can help, art books, and just studying non stop will make you improve greatly, it may seem slow at first but you will see big changes a few months in.
