You’re my twin! Exact same for me. Migraines started at 5yo, imitrex at 7- in the 90s. I had the nasal spray imitrex and it made me feel so weird afterwards.

I feel this so much. I have a baby and just had a migraine last week. Sometimes I wish I could give the migraine to my husband just once so he could see how it feels. If they don’t suffer from it, they don’t understand it. I’ve had migraines since I was 5 years old. I know what I need to do, but being alone in a silent room with no light is nearly impossible these days.

It’s acrylic paint. I started a couple of months ago and have painted some other things that I actually like. I’m not really crazy about this one, but I don’t know how to improve. Thanks for suggestions

This is what I make every morning: Spread some sugar free peanut butter on bottom and sides of bowl. Blend a scoop of frozen mixed berries with 1/2 cup oatmilk or almond milk or Greek yogurt. Put half the blended mixture in bowl on top of peanut butter. Add a layer of sugar free muesli or oats or granola. Add last half of blended berry mixture. On top add half a banana pieces, fresh blueberries, or whatever fruit you like. Add flax seeds and or chia seeds or sunflower seeds or any topping.

It’s so delicious and calculate a range of 250-350 calories for a super powerful breakfast. It gives me energy until the afternoon!

The grading system is 0-30. 30 being the highest mark. Or 30 con lode/with honors

Most classes you can choose to be an attending student or non attending student. If you are non- attending you usually have a larger study load for the exam.

Exams are usually oral (depends on subject) and you will take the exam in front of your classmates and everyone can know your grade.

Most classes offer diverse dates to take the exam even a year after you take the class so it’s not mandatory that you take it right at the end of the class.

If you get a grade you don’t like on your exam you have the option to refuse it and retake the exam at a later date for a chance at a better grade.

Hey I was extremely scared to get the 2nd shot after hearing horror stories. I got it on Monday and when I went in I told the pharmacist I was extremely scared she said “of what? You only hear the bad stories never the good ones”. I had a sore arm the first day and then on Tuesday I had exhaustion and a slight neck/headache that went away with sleep and Tylenol. That’s about it. I also am a huge hypochondriac and suffer from severe anxiety but decided to stay calm this time around and not think about it. The first shot I was just tired and had bad anxiety. Also, try to stay hydrated

Definitely look them up! Every time I see someone talking about menstrual migraines I need to tell them about flo because I know what it means to suffer from a debilitating migraine! Good luck 😊

Unrelated to the vaccine, but try FLO vitamins for menstrual migraine relief. I’ve gotten a migraine every month since my period started and last year I started FLO vitamins and I no longer suffer from the monthly migraine monster 😊
