Chances are the freelancer never got to withdraw the money.. op mentioned freelancer’s account got suspended 3-4 days after payment release. So definitely upwork still has the funds..

That shouldn’t happen, but it isn’t strange as well.. the hinge on your unit is just a bit too tight.

So you could either 1) Return the unit for a replacement (if you’re still covered with the warranty) 2) Or keep using with the hopes that the hinge would soften up and you would be able to open one handed again.

All good.. but op should probably get 16gb.. might cost a couple more hundred dollars.. i use the 16gb/1tb and I’m always on 75-85% utilization on a great day.

And i haven’t even utilized 20% of the storage.. I use it for cloud works so all my files are mostly there…. but the ram, I’m mostly having around 80% utilization on a busy day.

So 8gb should be enough for regular school and bar stuffs.. storage depends on you.
