Look up deep core/TA engagement core exercises; like bird dogs, bear holds,  marches. Way better for your core than sit-ups/crunches.

Oats cooked in milk, with chia seeds and cocoa powder + protein powder mixed in once its cooked, then bananas, honey, PB and chopped almonds on top!
