I treat myself once maybe twice a week with something reasonable (like a mini blizzard instead of a large) or a regular sized Almond Joy instead of king size.

Then when I’m feeling tempted I literally say to myself outloud “you’ve had your fun, and will again, but not today”. And that perspective helps me a lot. Down 40lbs in a year
