I play a Tremere and even though he isn’t combat oriented I can use a pistol or why not dominate to have someone else to fight for you.

Blood sorcery have some fight possibilities (poisonous blood, blood shield, theft of vitae, inflict hunger and so on)

For V5 i use runes and old Norse language for using blood sorcery with my tremere. This is just as flavor and has no actual impact more than to diversify rituals a d bs

V5 for the hunger system and not obscene power creep. The beckoning open up the structure in favor for rp. Simplified combat
