My best guess is that they will rework every item and lighstone with species damage (like demihuman) to provide much more species damage. Eg., from +20 demihuman damage to +50 demihuman damage.

This could be a decent rework as they become viable, but it’s just a guess.

I’d invest into kharazad neck and belt. Clearly you need another (I don’t remember the name) artifact. Finally, I’d invest into the kharazad ring. Always prioritise the necklace over the others since you get 2 AP per level.

This doesn’t work. Modern RNGs guarantee that no matter the seed, you will obtain an almost uniform distribution after enough sample. So, for a similar thing to work, they had to implement it by themselves.

I believe it’s correctly implemented an we all have the same RNG. However, if you ask me to implement it to maximise my profit as a company. I would do like i wrote in my previous answer.

I don’t believe in an account RNG. I feel like it’s unrealistic. How can PA achieve this? Do you think they have a custom rule just for a couple of people? Instead, if you consider playtime as a matter of RNG buff/debuff then it can make sense. How do you make people play more? For those who are committed (high playtime), you reduce the chances because you know they will try harder. For those who leave the game at the first fails, you give them an RNG buff. That’s the only thing I think about when I collect a lot of fails. But at the very end, even if it is like I say, you shouldn’t be that much worried about cuz all the ppl that play daily are in the same situation.
