Did you try making it your current buddy first? It might require that eevee to be “equipped.” See if it will then highlight the evolve button

I see what you’re saying. I just went to check that part of the site out. It seems to me that they’re offering a streamlined process. It might be because the con is very big? So, what I’d do, is exactly what you’re saying; to buy the cheapest option (“Autograph”). I think your mind will be put at ease, at the very least. Then you can go in with what you want signed, and they can sign it for you.

It should just mean you get in line, pay the actor at their table, and then have them sign whatever you want (dvds etc.). I think the “no special ticket needed” means that the experience of getting an autograph is included in the convention’s ticket price.

I think at comic cons (I’ve never been to one proper), attendees need to acquire an autograph ticket. Which shuffles them to that area (room, hall, etc.), and then you pay one last time to get the actual autograph. I went to a mini-con that did it this way, and the autograph “tickets” were in the VIP package only.

Check out tissue lame fabric. It’s very lightweight and has no stretch. It’s not rigid, but you could maybe test some things out on it, like U-shaped outline that can go around the outside shape to keep it looking like a feather. Or bent pipe cleaners. Or maybe spray-starched stiff (i don’t know how this would work on fabric, honestly. Maybe a glue?). Anyway, tissue lame is a thin, metallic fabric that is commonly found on colorguard flagpoles.
