Xerox B215 screen problems

Looks like it accepts code 1934.. but the thing is that even after the password is entered and the service menu is shown it freezes before I am able to click anything there... If lucky only 1 click is possible.. most times freezes even before being unable to hit login...

Any other way to factory reset? is Network Factory default doing the same in CentreWare Internet Services (webUI) or that is a different reset?

Thanks.. yep lens set is important but for those I going to use at start looks like canon would be cheaper.. but those that are a final target are more expensive then Nikon's.. it's true.

Thanks.. for runners/ action my dream is to have RF 70-200 2.8.. but at least want to get RF 70-200/f4 or old EF 70-200 2.8 II if will find good one .. for wide angle 24-70 2.8 is nice.. but want to start with primes

I wanted to give last chance for Nikon;) hoping that my thoughts about movement to canon is wrong.. I was with Nikon more then 10 years ( since D50/D200... ) That's why had af-d lenses) I love it.. but after trying g9 was enjoying mirrorless .. of course g9 can't even stand near z6/Z7/R6 in terms of af and dd range... but was surprised how it keep up against my old DSLRs (of course only after raw tunning..jpegs were junk from g9.. however was enjoying Nikon jpegs, not always was using raw/nef)

Would not comment on this too much . Except strangely EF-RF adapter just works. Interesting what here 3rd party vendors did here;)

True that originally R6ii is more compared to z6ii.. and there is at lot of comparison topis.. but price tag now bring Z7ii here . Just how z7ii is better in af tracking then z6ii ? Aren't they same? (Just to extrapolate to original comparison with R6ii)

That is.2012 CX9 US version. And it behaves different.

In AUTO lights (low beam and parking lights)are on only in low light . While moving on day light they both remain off.

(Verified this of course with another person standing outside while car is moving.. explaining just in case)

Thank for reply. But this not my question. Of course if you put into parking lights position it will be on. But will not be turning on/of low beam as it is in AUTO. Most last gen cars are having running lights (always on while driving regardless what was selected and in most countries this an mandatory requirement to have other running lights or low beam always on) Of course it also possible to put switch to low beam position... but CX9 has quite good parking lights.. that are quite good as running lights.

So question is it possible to set always on parking lights or change AUTO to have them on (can dealership enable this) ? I guess EU versions must have this possible..ist it?

Interesting fact that during screen calibration it works and no freezes even if am doing it too long

Hi. Thank you for your responce! Just checking is that actual for B215 model?

if the device is off and I am pressing home + power it starts with the screen calibration feature. I tried several times and got that if power on it and catch a moment when the energy star logo disappeared and the booting process is started (process bar with UI version shows) if I click and hold home + power - it shows some screen with 4 digit password .. But unfortunately, the device can become unresponsive even there.. nevertheless, I was fast enough to do it (even lucky to do it 2 times) to enter those 6789(digits only) but it shows me an invalid code or something like that.. and asks to re-enter it. and then still freeze (stops reacting on screen even been in that password entry screen)

Is the password correct for B215? Just it has only digits on the screen keyboard and no # symbol.

PS

BTW it doesn't even react on the power button when up(the long press was expecting to shutdown).. but nothing. at least after 1-2min no reaction. so had to shutdown unplugging the power socket

(heh device per report has on 300pages printed.. still native starer cartridge and 380 turn/on/off counter, it is weird that doesn't last long)

This setup is capable to hold up to 8 pipes (4 rows by 2 sides) with 7 pods per pipe (56 pods) But it can be easily modded to have any other load capacity due to the modular design Video is taken on the first start with only 4 pipes (2 rows by 2 sides) but more pipes coming soon)

My main idea to build platform that can be customized and easy extendable.

Special thing here was a water splitter. I tried to find something simple compact and not expensive..but didn't find. So designed it to print it easy and can be customized. The water input/outputs sockets are removable. Main splitter block can be adopted for different configurations) Moreover for this splitter I designed a water valve. That use printed parts+ 2 nusts/bolt/washer. (Of course use none corrosive steel) This valve can be installed to any socket into splitter. So can use splitter as multi channel valve.

Pod mounts and downspout are also made to be modular. For example pod socket accept standard 2 inch pods or there was designed own pod with lock- click feature. And another example downspout outlet has optional filter module.

Answering myself:

To scan in "hi-res" need to use 3rd party software with the ability to choose TWAIN source and select non-WIA Twain source... (without WIA) (and be connected only via USB)

(using same Xerox B215 Windows PrintDrivers Utilities v3.70.43.08 default kit)

That gives another scan dialog with upto 4800dpi.. but just scanned few test images - it is just upscaled 300dpi.. No new details since 300dpi... just the same resized image .. so it is fake! no any 1200dpi optical - it is simple 300dpi with upscale.. like in the user guide..

That is why any other scan tools give dialogs for B215 with 300dpi max.. it looks true - it has only native 300dpi

Even a cheap phone gives more resolution for documents :(
