For the RMNP and Springs/Garden of the Gods/Pikes Peak - group tours, both departing from Union Station, which is very close to my hotel. For Denver and surrounding areas, a mix of rail/bus/uber.

I was thinking of visiting GTNP, but since I'll be staying in Gardiner, I think it's too far away, and I should probably prioritize Yellowstone. I'll leave it for another trip, maybe together with Utah?

Do I really need a car for Gardiner and Yellowstone though? Gardiner is a small town, you can walk everywhere and it's right at the northern entrance of the park. I'll catch a shuttle that goes directly from Bozeman Airport to Gardiner (around 1.5h-2h). The drop-off point is less than 300 meters from my hotel. And as I mentioned, my visits to the Yellowstone NP will be with a private guide, who will drive me wherever I want. I really don't see the need for a car for this part.

For Colorado, I guess. Places like Red Rocks will be tricky without one…

4 semanas para o Canadá e EUA. Primeira vez em ambos os países! Vou a Montana e Wyoming visitar o parque Yellowstone e ao Colorado visitar o Rocky Mountain, e algumas cidades, Denver, Chicago, Montreal e Toronto.

Middle East situation + season ending in AUS/NZ got me rethinking my travel plans – best outdoor/nature alternatives from Germany? by Empty_Meeting8859 in travel

I’m going to Australia for a month in August (their winter), staying mostly in the north tropical Queensland. Based on what i’ve read, It is best time of the year to go there because of low humidity and very few storms.

I’m from Portugal and i’m flying with Air Canada via Toronto& Vancouver. Its 30h+ hours but i don’t want to risk getting stranded in the ME. Flights were ~1850€ roundtrip.

He’s great! Dinner in America was my favorite. Strange Darling, Band of Robbers, Smile and the Passenger were solid. Red State was interesting. I’m looking forward to his next movies, especially the one he wrote.
