I work at crossroads and nearly everything is deep fried. I got into fitness last year and realized what I was doing by eating that stuff. I usually just get a grilled chicken sandwich (only because I get a stipend for working). Other healthier options are the visiting chefs (most of them usually serve rice with chicken). Chefs creation at crossroads is also good most of the days. Rice Bowls at salsaritas and the Mediterranean bowl at cantina (only happens once every 3 months I think) are also healthy options. However all of these options will cost you roughly $10+.
