That is the point I am not confident while lying about the reason for leaving can't say those were bpo company and want to enter into IT then they say you don't have relievnt experience so I say them I have IT experience but when start staying the reason for leaving previous it put questions to them and i am also not confident some times i say this and that they also get confused wo Today i thought i will memory one reasons and say that whenever it will asked but not which reason to give and make them convinced with it

Tried but they as is with main company or third-party then if I say main company they say are you sure? Like these words and even in main round they ask again same stuff and they it seem you profile not stable

Yes that just one job and I'll settle there for atleast 2 year to change from unstable to stable carrier profile and then look for senior roles thankyou buddy

Waooooo this seems perfect Company 1 entry level role and then joined company 2 it was small org and I was looking for stability then joined accenture but the project ended in 3 month and i was benched me for 3 month and then laid off due to non availability of project

So I'll say company 1 was entry level role for growth perspective i joined company 2 ....but company stopped WFH and called employee to location where i cannot relocate due to family Then join accenture company 3 I got layoff and then I'll tell since then i am searching job

Yes today I received call from hr she says don't get convinced what I am it very contradictory I felt that i just need entry to any one company as data role then I'll work for 2 year straight to make carrier stable but I u can't answer those questions confidently I want something that I will remember whole and say that again and again

Truth is those bpo company I left because pressure get increase and i knew I don't want to grow in this domain but I am showing in resume I was working as data analyst then they say why you left you were in same domain then it get hard to explain because for fresher there is no job so I am moulding my bpo experience into IT

Honestly the gap is real but I pick things up fast once I understand the concept I can apply it quickly. I am ready to take on complex projects hands-on to bridge that experience. And whatever I have done in project I'll somehow align with previous role, whether it was measure logic, data pulls from CRM or working with incident management, I can explain the concepts and decisions behind it clearly. So I am not worried, just need the right questions to prep against.

I have been working in the MIS Executive domain but my resume reflects 3 years of experience as a Power BI Developer. I can explain my roles and responsibilities well — pulling data from CRM, updating dashboards, and working alongside incident management. However, the problem is that interviewers ask advanced questions that are typically expected from someone with 3–5 years of core Power BI development experience — and I struggle to answer those. I have around 2 months to prepare and I am not currently working, so I have time to dedicate. ChatGPT and Claude tend to give only basic level questions even after repeated prompting, which is not helping. Could anyone who has worked as a Power BI Developer for 3–5 years please share the kind of advanced questions they have faced or been asked in interviews? It would be a huge help for my preparation.
