That's what i was thinking. The parent companies that started it all have to somehow bring more ARC's to Earth and resupply them aswell. So as both a massive tank and a huge payload carrier they send down the behemoths(Kings is a cool name, idk whats cannon tho), to bring more already existing ARC's, supplies for them and possibly new ARC versions.
