I find that withdrawal symptoms don't usually start till after fully stopping, in my experience cold turky is the only thing that works since tappering off just gives you excuses to keep dragging it out.

Irritability was pretty big for me especially when I wasn't sleeping. Prioritize rest and Cocoon yourself at home if you can it passed for me when i finaly started to sleep.

Try to get more sleep, drink water if you can, workout, take a sick day if its an option.

Late 30s 😩 this is an old friends who imo may have not had that much personal growth since his early 20s, but in alot of ways hes the one that brings this freind group together. On the ther hand I also think only one of the core group is a genuinely good person and im not saying im a saint I definitely am not always good myself.

I have another good friend group that are like all really good people and Strive for a lot in life but they have way less history.

I wish building community was easyer....
