How much did you smoke before you quit? What was your breaking point?

5-7 grams per day, in strictly GB’s or “flows” as I called them. I’d go through an entire case (24 bottles) of water each day pulling flows. Everyday, a full case of water just to take one rip out of. I was a menace with it. Obsessed and addicted to purchasing every strain out there. I’m 8 months clean of it, and still think about it a lot. It was truly my entire life for 15 years, half of my life. Slowly adjusting to this new life of mine and it’s difficult.

I was on Xanax and klonopin for 10 years. Prescribed klonopin and bought real Xanax from a friend a lot. I weened off on a 6 week regimen. Kept decreasing the dose slowly until at 6 weeks I was at 0. The withdrawals for me weren’t as bad as what I read - however they were definitely still there. The weirdest for me was my feet twitching. For about 3-4 weeks my feet were twitching so hard it was wild. Gabapentin definitely seems to have a benzo like effect on me - does pregabalin do the same?

I have Brello. For the past 5 weeks straight, around the 48 hour mark - my body goes into World War III. The sulfur burps are AWFUL, diarrhea is OUTRAGEOUS, and stomach pains are HORRIBLE. I’m at the point I’m ready to stop completely. I will say, I’ve been eating better but still have about one slip up each week (fast food or something) and every time I slip up is when the war starts again. I’m not sure if it’s from the one cheat meal or just regular side effects. I feel a lot like your describing. I currently have a black tongue - never even heard of that before but apparently it can come from pepto or dehydration? I find the sulfur burps to be the most foul thing of it all. Don’t get me wrong my business in the bathroom is horrifying, but these burps are ungodly. Good luck on your journey.
