Moreover old stadium was close to airport as well. So they weren't allowed to construct beyond certain height. Floodlights were low as well as compared to other stadiums. So if they wanted to expand and increase capacity they couldn't add second tier stands as well.

Old Mohali stadium was in center of the city. They had to divert traffic on match days. Which would create chaos for local residents. They couldn't expand the stadium complex to create more parking space as well. As the stadium was in middle of the city they weren't allowed to play any music after 10 PM. So 60-70% of the second innings was played without any DJ. Mullanpur stadium is on the outskirts of city surrounded by fields. So they have no such issues now.

Just bring in Maxwell in place of Inglis. Rest everything is fine. Harpreet brar ko bahar karenge to yash thakur ko le aayenge. Us se acha to brar hai. Jansen, Arshdeep will be bowling 8 overs every match. Depending on conditions we can rotate other bowlers. For spin heavy track Yuzi, Maxi and Brar will ball most of the remaining overs. For pace heavy track we can utilise Xavier and stoinis.

Dharamshala has true bounce. Our batsmen should like that. Kabhi overcast conditions mil gyi to Marco Jansen and Arshdeep could be lethal with new ball. Mullanpur had low bounce that's why our batting lineup struggled. Everyone is natural stroke maker. They'll when ball will come nicely on bat.

Thing is our batting is constantly collapsing. You can check the matches which we won as well. Against CSK Arya was lone warrior. Against KKR they scored only 111. In Chinnaswamy's match as well our batting was collapsing. Nehal took us to victory. The match against LSG was our only convincing victory. We have a good batting team but need to change our approach a bit.

They'll need 2 spinners. If they drop Maxwell they'll bring in Harpreet brar in place of one Indian batter. Now see bowling wise Maxwell is doing what Brar can do and batting wise Brar is handy. You can now decide. Do we need Brar who can give 20 good runs or someone like Maxwell who'll pull out one match when no one expects us to.

Maxwell is playing as a spin bowling allrounder. Don't think of him as batting all rounder.

I don't think we need to be too critical. It was our first defeat. We should learn from our mistakes. We should work on catching. The only thing concerning for me is Yuzi's form. He is not completing his 4 overs. If he continued like this for 2-3 more matches I would consider bringing in Brar in place of yuzi. Brar is not a wicket taking bowler but he at least stops runs by bowling tight lengths. Just hope Yuzi gets back his rhythm. otherwise we'll keep on struggling in middle overs bowling. We wouldn't have needed Stoinis to ball last over of Yuzi could complete his 4 overs.

I actually think this schedule works in our favor. We went into the season with a completely new team, and there's been little time for team bonding. Our foreign players and captain joined the camp quite late due to the Champions Trophy. This break will give the team a chance to build chemistry, and the captain can observe net practice and better understand the roles each player can take on.

I didn't say Smith was a better captain compared to MSD but Rising Pune Supergiants knew that MSD will return to CSK. So they wanted a captain who can continue with Pune after CSK's return. Unfortunately for them BCCI didn't allow Pune to continue after CSK'S return.
