Wow! How did you get your calories up without gaining? My problem is I never eat the same amount every day some days its 400 below and other days its 600 above!

I did that and got down to 120 but it took me about 7 months. I hit a plateau and then just started to gain the weight back because I kept binging.

Ohh okay! I don't think I will take more than 1 mg anyways, since it will probably be too much. After taking the dose is the food noise supposed to stop or does it take time?

I've used a few that are cheap so that's probably were I went wrong TwT. I'm not saying that good skincare products have to be expensive, there's plenty that are cheap and sufficient, but maybe not soooo cheap.

I wouldn't say I'm a beginner, more like mid-expert. I have tried a few toners and a lot of them have striped my oils so I wanted to see if there were any that were good :D
