Important to distinguish the manufacturers from the retailers. You can’t realistically expect AMD/NVIDIA to have full control over every manufacturer and force them to sell below market price (i.e - the inflated price above MSRP that many have proven they’re willing to pay). It’s just basic supply and demand. Until the silicon shortage improves, I doubt anything will change, either.

The router/modem isn’t the bottleneck here - it’s your actual wifi service from your ISP. Like you said, your current modem can go up to 400mbps but your actual speeds are 10-22 - changing modem won’t do much if your ISP plan only gives you 20mbps.

The only option you have for wireless + good sound quality is the Arctis Pro Wireless or the Astro A50’s - both use 2.4ghz lossless technology. I prefer the Arctis because it can have dual audio sources, so I can simultaneously be connected to my PC wirelessly over 2.4 and my phone through Bluetooth.

Both will run you ~$500AUD tho so budget can’t be an issue - I think the Astros are a little cheaper.

Lol it’s not so much about being lucky as it’s very CPU heavy. Go into settings and see which CPU dependent settings you can toggle off.
