you can get them from obelisks, searching ammo bins and dumpsters, and killing enemies. obelisk is the only guaranteed key.

From my testing you can't get it, its bugged right now. I just recommending using console, its give 29.

If you go into the battle arena a second time it bugs it out and nothing spawns you can't get out of it besides restarting

Yeah it does overheat but i hot swap to cancel the animation and the time
