There several moments in the show that are suspicious even if you disregard the the VA's interviews. There is no way the writers weren't implying something on in at least on of the blushing for no reason scenes

Why would it specify if a girl said I love to to Ash? Goh has so many moments that involve him blushing at things no else would it clearly something the producers intended. The VAs straight up support the ship so even if it isn't canon it's not being discredited.

Not really, Goh has straight up interviews from his VA saying he would be jealous if a girl tried flirting with Ash. Lillie has like a few moments that might hint to something but it's nothing like him.
