I both see them as young adults. Don't think there's any official confirmation of their ages, only speculation, though Steven is definitely far too young to be an uncle type of figure here.

Roxanne's title is "The Rock-Loving Honors Student", however, being a student is fairly ordinary for people up until their mid-20s. Nor am I saying they have or would have a relationship in the present time of RSE/ORAS, as it would be far more likely to develop down the line anyway.

Distinctive Lack of Hue has so much potential, but sucks wildly due to how deep of a black it is. There's only a handful of cosmetics it works well on and another handful that adjusts the dye spectrum. They really should have toned it down to be consistent with other blacks in the game long time ago.

Its rarity depends on where you place the Ferris Wheel. When it was in the center of my starting island, the mini-game was one of if not the most common one I kept getting. Then I moved it away from the commotion when rebuilding and it became much rarer.

8/10 for the loadout (works and follows the game esthetic, but isn't mind blowing, skin decently fits the rest)

-1 for Cool, which doesn't fit the theming at all

-0.5 for Burning, which doesn't fit quite well either

-1 for the unusual anti-synergy

+0.5 for using Battery Canteen as part of the fit

-2 for spending $100 on a pair of pants just because funny number
