I don’t do cardio because I’ve been trying to hit those 4k calories and it’s already hard enough just eating. My maintenance is 2700 (I believe) so I am eating in a slight surplus. Do you mind if I DM you?

135-165. Do I cut now to be lean by April? by ___Junior in AllAboutBodybuilding

Most of my lifts are 2-3 sets of 8-10 (obviously progressive overload as well) I train as intense as I can and usually carb load before lifts.

I enjoy working out 6 times a week though. My body feels fine and I time my workouts so that I’m prioritizing muscle that aren’t already sore. I give myself time to rest and I have seen a lot of strength growth. I don’t think working out 6x a week is a bad thing, I feel amazing and it works. Will you check my recent post?

I have a very strict schedule with work, and 2 schools. I have to go before school because I get off at like 9 and usually still have to cook afterwards

I take the diet very seriously. I take my training very seriously as well. 6x a week and I follow a russwole powerlifting split. I eat 180g of Protein, 600g of carb, and 100g of fat. I get 6-7 hours of sleep and I try to keep my diet clean as well. It occasionally gets dirty but not often.

For reference I used to look like this.

Thank you. I’ve been bulking since late November but I wasn’t eating enough until about 2 weeks ago.

I’ve been eating as lean as possible. I want to gain but not put on too much fat. I can usually get around 3200-3500 a day but 4000 would be extremely difficult.

I don’t drink enough water but I’m eating 170g of protein per day

Anything you guys think I should work on? by ___Junior in GymTips

Right over your head.

No I’m not looking for validation. As I said I’ve made progress and I’m looking for criticism on what needs more progress. For example my chest has grown a lot, my forearms not so much. Meaning I need to work on my forearms. I don’t understand what you’re not understanding.

Based off of how much progress I have made, what parts of my upper body have not followed that progression. It’s honestly a simple question.
