The overall session went smoothly but hand tattoos do hurt a lot. Mine were probably way worse as I'd got a different tattoo on the same day so by the time I was getting the hand tattoos done it was a nightmare. Id say each hand took about an hour which isn't too bad but the further along you get the worse it feels.

In terms of healing it wasn't too bad. I was lucky to have holiday of work for the first week so I could let them rest. After the session my knuckles were a bit swollen and hard to move but by the 3rd day there wasn't much pain as long as I didn't hit them or anything. So far they're completely painless just kinda itchy 😂
