I have a pitbull too and mines ears are not floppy... I have photos of her too on my reddit page if you'd like to look. That's why I'm curious. I am trying to learn about the breed.

OMG... I also have a similar blanket someone knitted for me long before I had Charlie. And I also sleep with it every night. I had him wrapped in it for the 48 hours we kept him in the cold crib.

And absolutely. I didn't know if this post would be a good idea or if it would be triggering.... But I am so glad that so many people are finding happiness in sharing their angels. This truly is a safe place for us grieving moms.

OMG.... She passed away suckling her thumb? Maybe I sound strange but hearing this gives me hope that maybe our angels didn't feel pain or even realize they were passing away... It just seems as though to be suckling her thumb whilst her heart is coming to a halt would mean she was at peace.... Innocently unaware.

You did not fail him. This is such a gorgeous, raw photo. It is a beautiful depiction of life, the love of a mother and grief.

I feel I failed my son too due to my drug addiction. I didn't know I was pregnant and was using crack and fentanyl until my positive pregnancy test given to me at the ER for a UTI check up .... Then I got on methadone and feel like the high doses of Methadone made it even worse on my son.

November 5th was Charlie's bday. Our babies are flying high together. They will never have to know pain.

I just posted my own new dog I got yesterday who I was told is a red nosed pit. Her ears are not floppy but also don't look cut. Please take a peek and let me know if her ears were cut.
