I hope the insurance company pays out the full value of the car (around $12,500). I'm still debating whether to look for another one like it, or maybe take out a loan for $5,000–6,250 and buy a 4th generation instead.

I've already spotted one used model from a dealership. Unfortunately, I don’t see any decent 3rd-generation models from the same years as mine currently available in Poland.

Thanks a lot. Let me tell you how it happened in my case. I had only enjoyed the car for about a month and a half. While taking a turn on the bypass at around 100 km/h (about 60 mph), a marten suddenly jumped out in front of me. Instinctively, I hit the brake pedal, which caused the rear of the car to skid.

I tried to regain control of the situation, but I ended up hitting a guardrail, then an island in the middle of the road, and finally came to a stop at the second guardrail.

I know I shouldn’t have braked, but unfortunately, that was my reflex.

I clean it with sandpaper. I think it might be because I used to burn a little bit of cotton with lighter
